Softball will start fall workouts on Wednesday, September 6th from 3:30-5:30pm. All athletes need to report to the weight room. Workouts will be every Monday and Wednesday from 3:30-5:30. The first half of workouts will include strength and conditioning, followed by on-the-field softball drills and skill work. All middle and high school athletes are encouraged to attend. Based on the different dismissal times and transportation at the middle school, middle school athletes will not need to report until 4:30pm. All athletes must have updated physicals on file. Bring work out clothes, shoes, cleats, and glove. Do not miss out! Go Falcons!
